WINE & CHEESE MASTERCLASS

A fun and casual overview of various cheese styles, wine styles & the interplay between them. You'll learn more about why your favorites taste the way they do and you might even add something new to your go-to list. We'll taste through four cheeses paired with four wines, for a memorable sensory journey.

Pamela Vachon is a certified sommelier and instructor at Murray's Cheese, as well as a food writer, voiceover artist & proud Astoria resident.

VINOS ESPAÑA

Spain's rich history of creating delicious wines is wonderfully exemplified with those produced by Familia Torres, which has been voted not only the world's most admired wine brand but is also among the world's 50 top vineyards. In this class we will taste through several wines and learn about their production with expert Lauren Dame.
