The "Beaujolais Festival" refers to the celebrations surrounding the release of Beaujolais Nouveau wine, a fresh, fruity red wine made from hand-picked Gamay grapes in France. Celebrated annually on the third Thursday of November, the festival marks the end of the grape harvest with wine-related parties, parades, and local festivities, particularly in the Beaujolais region and in restaurants worldwide.
