About Collum O'Donnell

Callum O’Donnell is a luxury brown spirits expert from Scotland. Starting his career representing Chivas and The Glenlivet in the Dominican Republic, Callum moved from Santo Domingo to the technology capital of the US where he ventured into the US’ prolific luxury goods market working with premium Scotches like Aberlour. From there, he spent 5 years in Chicago working on prestigious brands such as Martell Cognac, Perrier-Jouet Champagne, and Monkey47 Gin.

In 2023, he became a co-owner and the Eastern Sales Director for Martingale Cognac, a unique style of cognac for a new generation, by a new generation. He will be presenting Martingale in a deconstructed form for our event.
